A recruitment module helps companies organize candidates for hiring and recruitment purposes. These systems allow businesses to collect information, organize prospects based on experience and skill set, and filter applicants. There are many perks of using such a module, and you can expect to see metrics as time, cost, and candidate quality improve.
The Candidate Source Reporting feature allows you to create a report on where your organization sources your recruitment candidates and see details such as the number that applied, who is in progress, and the number of disqualified candidates. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.
