A hiring process helps your organization stay organized by defining the specific stages a candidate must pass through before being hired. In our platform, you can create global templates for your hiring processes or customize them for individual job openings to better suit your recruitment needs.
Getting started
Creating a template allows you to reuse the same set of stages for multiple job roles.
- Click the Recruitment menu from the left sidebar.
- Click the Recruitment submenu.
- Click the Hiring Processes tab.
- Click the New Process button.
- Enter a name for the process and click Create.
-
Within the process editor, you can:
- Toggle Make This Default to apply this process to all new jobs automatically.
- Click New Stage to add custom steps (e.g., "Technical Assessment").
- Use the Recruitment Agent toggle on a stage to enable AI-powered video screening.
Helpful Hint
The platform auto-saves changes made to your hiring processes.

- Click the Recruitment menu and select the Hiring Processes tab.
- Click the three dots [...] menu for the process you wish to manage.
- Select Archive, Unarchive, or Delete.
Blind hiring to reduce bias
Available for the following plans: Premium, Platinum
Reduce unconscious bias by hiding identifiable candidate information during the early stages of recruitment.
- Click the Settings menu and select Recruitment settings.
- Click the Data Privacy Management tab.
- Use the toggle to turn on Enable blind hiring.
When enabled, candidate details are anonymized in the 'New' stage and within SmartMatch results. The following details are hidden until the candidate is moved to a later stage:
