The Manage Job Boards feature within the Recruitment module allows you to connect to a job board, where you can then post the job openings you have created within Employment Hero. You can also use this feature to edit your connection information and disconnect from a job board.

Important
To connect to LinkedIn Limited Listings, you will need to have Admin access to your Company's LinkedIn page to view your company's page ID number at the end of the URL. Connecting to Indeed requires a paid account to post roles from our Recruitment Module to their Job Board.
Getting started
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Recruitment menu in the navigation bar.
- In the recruitment module, click the Job Boards tab.

Find the job board you would like to connect to, then click the Connect button.
Important
- Enter the required connection details. Click here for a list of supported job boards and the details required to connect.
Daily activities
You can also send a request to our product team to integrate with a job board that we currently do not integrate with.
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Recruitment menu in the navigation bar.
- In the recruitment module, click the Jobs Boards tab.
- Click the Request Job Board Button
- Fill in the information for your desired board, such as the name of the job board, the job board URL, and how often you post to this board.
- Click the Save button.
Editing data
You may need to edit a job board integration to connect to a new job board account. You can do this by editing the integration, rather than disconnecting and reconnecting.
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Recruitment menu in the navigation bar.
- Click the Jobs Boards tab in the recruitment module.
- Click the ellipsis or three dots button for the job board you wish to edit.
- Click the Edit button.
- Make the required changes.
- Click the Save button.
Removing data
- Log into Employment Hero.
- Click the Recruitment menu.
- In the recruitment module, click the Jobs Boards tab.
- Click the ellipsis or three dots button for the job board you need to delete.
- Click the Delete button to confirm the removal of the job board.
