Handling Manager Changes
If an employee’s primary manager changes during an active review:
- Update the Manager field in the employee's Employment Details profile.
- The new manager is automatically assigned to current and future reviews.
- Historical reviews (past end dates) will still show the previous manager.
- Saved notes remain visible to the new manager and Admins in the Reviews tab.
