Remind employees to take leave

Within the Burnout Management Report, there is a feature that allows you to remind employees to take leave. In particular, this is for employees who haven't taken time off in a while and have been identified by the platform as at risk of burnout.

Send leave reminders
  1. Navigate to the Burnout Management Report (Reports > Time tab).
  2. Filter and apply your desired view.
  3. To remind an individual: Click the Remind button next to their name.
  4. To remind multiple people: Tick the checkboxes for the relevant employees and click Remind selected personnel.

Report Calculations

How are the values calculated?
  • Remaining Balance: The percentage of entitlement left, including manual adjustments.
  • Weeks Without Time Off: Rounded number of weeks since the employee last used the specified category.
  • Upcoming Time Off: Rounded number of weeks until the next approved leave request.
