Keeping your schedule accurate is essential for a smooth-running team. Whether you need to adjust a start time, remove a shift entirely, or manage your saved templates, the Schedule Management dashboard provides you with full control.
This article explains how to:
Edit or remove shifts
Use these steps to update shift details. Note: You cannot edit a shift while it is published; you must unpublish it first.
- Go to Time > Schedule > Schedule Management.
- Click the pencil icon on the shift you want to edit.

Make your changes in the Edit panel.
Helpful HintYou cannot edit a shift once it has been published; you have to unpublish it first. Refer to the Unpublish a shift tab in the Removing data section of this article to read more.
- Click Save or Save and Publish.
Unpublishing turns a shift back into a "draft" (grey) so you can edit or delete it.
- Go to Time > Schedule > Schedule Management.
- Click the Paper Plane icon on the shift you want to unpublish.
- Click the Unpublish button.
Delete shifts
To permanently remove a shift, ensure it is unpublished first.
- Go to Time > Schedule > Schedule Management.
- Click the Actions dropdown and select Delete Shifts.
- Check the box for each shift you want to remove.
- Click Delete Shifts, then confirm by clicking Delete.
Remove saved templates that you no longer need.
- Go to Time Schedule Schedule Management.
- Click Schedule Actions and select Load Templates.
- Click the Delete icon (trash can) next to the template.
- Click Delete to confirm.
