Managing your team shouldn't feel like a puzzle. Whether you need to check a single person's shift or see the entire month at a glance, the Schedule Management tools make it easy to track hours and plan.
Follow the steps below to customize your view and stay on top of your staffing needs.
How to View and Filter Your Schedule
- Click the Time menu.

Under Schedule, click the Schedule Management submenu.
Helpful Hint
You can now see a quick view of the number of hours each employee is assigned. These numbers represent the shifts assigned to each employee for the time period view you are using. Time period refers to the weekly, daily, or Bi-weekly views on the Schedule Management page.
You can change how the schedule is displayed by selecting a daily, weekly, Bi-weekly, four-week, or monthly view. This helps you track shifts and plan ahead.
- Go to Time > Schedule > Schedule Management
- Use the middle drop-down to select either by work site or by employee.
- Select the required timeframe:
- Daily by location
- Weekly
- Bi-weekly
- 4 weeks
- Month
- The schedule will automatically appear in your selected view.
- Click the < and > buttons beside the date field to navigate to the required day, week, or Bi-weekly.
- Go to Time > Schedule > Schedule Management
- Click on the Actions dropdown and select View Employees.
- Click the Search bar and type the name of the employee you need.

Click the name of the employee.
Helpful Hint
You can now see the employee's shifts for the time period view you are using. Time period refers to the weekly, daily, or Bi-weekly views on the Schedule Management page.
You can choose how your printed schedule is organized, making it easier for employees to find their shifts on a physical notice board.
When you select the Print action from the Schedule Management page, you will see a View dropdown field with two options available:
- Work Site View (Default): Groups shifts by their assigned work site. This is ideal for managers focusing on site coverage.
- Employee View: Lists employees alphabetically on the left as row headings. This layout is the most familiar format for staff looking for their names.
How to change your print view:
- Navigate to Time Scheduling Management.
- Click the Actions button and select Print.
- In the Print Schedule panel, select Employee or Work Site in the View dropdown.
- The Print Preview will update instantly to show your selected layout.
Note: This feature is currently available for Advanced Rostering users. It is not currently available for Cost Centre-based rostering.
