How to use the Assigned Learning Reports

Continuous skill development drives employee engagement and productivity. A Learning Management System (LMS) helps your team build skills and stay compliant with provincial regulations.

The Assigned Learning Report tracks workforce progress. You can monitor completion rates, find training bottlenecks, and filter by content types (e.g., mandatory compliance training vs. elective professional development).

Getting started

The reporting process is identical for both EH Learning and the Go1 integration.

Generate a Learning Progress Report
  1. Log in to the Employment Hero platform.
  2. On the left sidebar, click Reports.
  3. Click the Development tab at the top of the page.
  4. Find the Assigned Learning tile and click View full report. report.png
  5. Filter your data: Use these options to customize the report for your Canadian locations:
    • Personnel: Search for a specific employee.
    • Employment Status: Filter by active or terminated employees.
    • Location: Filter by province or office location (e.g., Alberta, Quebec).
    • Group/Entity: Filter by internal teams or legal entities.
    • Course: Focus on a specific training module.
    • Enrollment Status: View Not Started, In Progress, or Completed statuses.
    • Personnel Type: Separate employees and contractors.
  6. Click Apply to update the report table.

Daily activities

You can export your filtered results to a CSV file for provincial compliance audits and record-keeping.

Exporting Learning Data
  1. Go to Reports > Development > Assigned Learning > View full report.
  2. Select your filters and click Apply.
  3. Click the Download icon (downward arrow) at the top right of the table.
  4. The platform will download a CSV file containing your detailed progress data.
