To manage these features within your Canadian platform, use the following paths:
To access 1:1s: Navigate to the Engagement menu on the left-hand navigation bar and select 1:1s.
To manage Feedback: Navigate to the Performance menu on the left-hand navigation bar and select Feedback.
To create Templates: Admins can find template management under Settings > Engagement > 1:1 Templates.
