  • Alignment and Transparency: Both parties can add to Shared Notes, ensuring everyone is informed of the discussion points and expected outcomes.

  • Ongoing Communication: Use the built-in chat and document attachment functions to maintain a record of communication between formal sessions.

  • Bias Reduction: By consistently documenting discussions, managers ensure all performance conversations are reliable, accessible, and objective.

Daily Activity: Navigation in Canada

To manage these features within your Canadian platform, use the following paths:

  1. To access 1:1s: Navigate to the Engagement menu on the left-hand navigation bar and select 1:1s.

  2. To manage Feedback: Navigate to the Performance menu on the left-hand navigation bar and select Feedback.

  3. To create Templates: Admins can find template management under Settings > Engagement > 1:1 Templates.
