As an employee, a performance review is a crucial part of your appraisal process. It evaluates your work and detects areas to improve upon, both in the professional and personal realms. The My Performance Review feature enables you to submit your review, answer questions set by your organization, and edit or print the information. The goals shown in the Performance Review are the goals due within the timeframe of the Performance Review.
Daily activities
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Click the review you wish to start on.

Answer the review questions.
Helpful Hint
The platform will automatically save your progress each time you edit your answers or star ratings.

Click the Save Draft button.
Important
Saving your answers as a draft will not complete your review; it allows you to work on your responses until the due date. Once you complete your review, you can publish it.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Click the review you wish to publish.
- Answer the review questions.

Click the Publish button.
Helpful Hint
You can only publish a review after answering all the questions. The platform shows a completed answer by highlighting it in green.
Managing your next steps
After completing a Performance Review, there may be specific action items or "Next Steps" designed to help you improve and achieve your goals. These steps provide a clear path to work on any identified areas for growth and to build on your strengths before the next review.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Click the review you want to view.
- Click the View Your Next Steps button.
- Click the required new goal or target.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Click the review you want to view.
- Click view your next steps in the top right.
- Click the new goal or target.
- Click the Add Key Results button.
- Fill in the Key Result form.
- Click the Save button.
Other performance review options
Important
You can only unpublish published reviews.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Click the review you wish to unpublish.
- Click the Unpublish button.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Use the Date Range field to set the date range you need.

Click the Filter button.
Helpful Hint
You can now see reviews that fall within the date range you set. If you would like to view all your reviews, click the Reset button, then click the Filter button.

Click the review that you need.
Helpful Hint
You will now see your OKRs. You can click on the GOALS section to expand the pane and view more information regarding your OKRs.
Editing data
Important
You can only edit reviews that are still in the drafting stage. If you want to edit a review after it has been published, you have to unpublish it first. You might not be able to edit your answers after the review period. This depends on whether your admin has set a lockout date for the review.
- Click the Performance menu.
- Click the Performance Reviews submenu.
- Click the review you wish to edit.
- Make the required changes.

Click either the Publish or Save Draft button.

You can click the Expand or Minimize buttons to expand or minimize all the questions.
To expand or minimize each question individually, you can click the or buttons, respectively.
Yes, you will still be able to see all your previous performance reviews after those review periods have closed.
