Managers and employees can set and track Goals using the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) framework. This promotes transparency and ensures that every individual role contributes directly to your organization's success.

With the Goals feature:

  • Real-Time Deliverables: Managers can inform employees of their specific performance targets in real time through the web platform or the EH Work app.

  • Continuous Transparency: Employees can update their progress at the click of a button, providing managers with "round-the-clock" visibility into project statuses.

  • Output Overviews: Managers and admins can generate OKR reports to review completed, pending, and updated goals across the entire team.

  • Productivity Snapshots: Admins can observe a real-time snapshot of staff productivity and identify where personnel alignment might need adjustment.
