Leave Taken Report

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following HR plans: Standard, Premium, Platinum
Available for the following user access levels: Admin    

The Leave Taken Report provides a broad view of time off taken by employees across the year. It also lets you see time off taken against time off accruals for each month. 

The report will help you visualize these types of time off information, broken down by teams and locations. You can also download a CSV file of the report or filter the results based on personnel, location, team, cost centre, and unit.

Getting started

Create a Leave Taken Report
  1. Click the   Reports menu.
  2. Click the Time tab.
  3. Click the Leave Taken Report submenu.

    Helpful Hint

    You will now see the time off Overview page, which shows three graphs: time off by team, time off by location, and time off taken by employees across the year.

  4. Filter the information in the time off Taken graph by:

    • Personnel.
    • Location.
    • Team.
    • Cost Centre.
    • Unit.
    • Show accrued time off.
    • Show terminated personnel.

    Important

    Click the Apply button for each filter you use.

    Helpful Hint

    Tick the Show accrued time off checkbox to see a graph of time off accrued beside time off taken per month.

Data management

Download the Leave Taken Report
  1. Click the   Reports menu.
  2. Click the Time tab.
  3. Click the Leave Taken Report submenu.
