The SmartMatch Visibility and Notifications feature allows you to control where SmartMatch Placements appear within your platform. For example, you can disable it in the 1:1 feature but enable it in the employee file feature. It also lets you customize notifications, such as opting in for ATS Promotional Email Notifications. SmartMatch is included in your paid Employment Hero subscription as a pre-release trial at no extra cost for viewing candidate recommendations or hiring recommended candidates. We are continuously improving SmartMatch to optimize talent acquisition, with full release details to be announced shortly.

- Under General Settings, click the Recruitment Settings schedule.
- Click the SmartMatch tab.
- Choose where to enable the SmartMatch features in the platform.
- Click the Settings menu.
