Further information

Can I add a new contractor when offering them a contract, and delete them if they don't accept the offer?
Yes, you can add the person to the platform. However, please keep in mind that adding them will automatically trigger an email to the individual. To avoid this, the only way to keep the employee in a 'pending/draft' status is to open or manage a payroll account (with CRA) for them and select 'Issue Contract' during the opening of a payroll account (with the CRA) process. This allows you to exit the file without sending an email, but you will need to proceed with the contract if you decide to open or manage a payroll account (with CRA) for the person later.
