The Evaluation Templates feature enables you to specify important details, such as the template name and the questions you wish to include. Additionally, this feature allows you to update information as needed, ensuring that your evaluations remain relevant and effective. You also have the option to delete any templates that are no longer necessary for your current assessment needs.
Getting started
- Go to Settings > Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the Evaluation Templates tab.
- Click the Add a Template button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Template name.
- Questions.

Click the Save button.

Not sure what to write? If you are on our Platinum HR Plan, you can type a few points in, then click to have our AI help you generate a draft message. You will be able to refine the draft as you need before submitting.
- Go to Recruitment in the left-hand menu.
- Click the Recruitment submenu.
- Click the button for the job role you need.
- Click Edit job details (by clicking on the three dots on the right).
- Edit the details and click on the save button.
- Click on Hiring Process (by clicking on the three dots on the right).
- Click the hiring phase you need.
- Click the Import from template button.
- Click the checkbox for each template you want to add to the hiring phase.
- Click the Import template button.
- Click the Save button.
Daily activities
The evaluation schedulecard lets the people involved in the hiring process rate a candidate's answers to questions added to a specific hiring phase.
- Go to Recruitment in the left-hand menu.
- Click the Recruitment submenu.
- Click the job role you need.
- Click the hiring phase you need.
- Click the candidate you want to evaluate.
- Click the three dots.
- Click on Update evaluation.

Click a star rating to score the candidate for each question.
Helpful Hint
You can also click the button for each question and leave a note.
- Click the Submit button.
- Go to Recruitment in the left-hand menu.
- Click the Recruitment submenu.
- Click the job role you need.
- Click the hiring phase you need.
- Click the candidate whose schedulecard you want to see.
- Scroll down to the Activity section at the bottom of their profile.

Click the View schedulecard button.
Helpful Hint
You can now see the candidate evaluation schedulecard for this hiring phase.
- Click the Settings menu.
- Click the Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the Evaluation Templates tab.
- Click the button.

Click the Preview button.
Helpful Hint
You will now see your recruitment template on your screen.
Editing data
- Go to Settings > Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the Evaluation Templates tab.
- Click the Edit button
- Make the required changes and click the Save button.
Deleting data
- Go to Settings > Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the Evaluation Templates tab.
- Click the Delete button.
