How do I re-download my data from a pay run to Sage 50cloud?
Answer
You can use the re-export to Sage 50 feature to re-download the finalised pay run's journal as an XLSX file that you can then manually import into your Sage 50cloud platform.
Important
This feature is only available if you have set up your Sage 50 Accounting file export. To find out further information on this process, you can refer to the following article.
Helpful Hint
Just as you can download a pay run once, you can also re-download it again multiple times if, for example, you have accidentally deleted the file.
- Log into your Employment Hero Payroll platform.
- Click the Pay Run menu.
- Click the finalised pay run that needs re-downloading.
- Click the Actions tab.
- Click the Re-export to Sage 50 button.
Helpful Hint
This triggers an automatic download of an .xlsx file of the pay run journal. The file is in the correct format to be compatible with your Sage 50 platform.
