You can use the Send Password Reset feature in the User Management module to send a password reset email to a user that has forgotten their login details and can not access your organization's Learning platform.
Send a password reset email
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the User tab.
- Hover over the user that needs to have a password reset email sent to them.
- Click the button.
- Select the Send Password Reset button.
