The Screening Questions Templates feature allows you to create your own screening question templates that you can send out to your candidates. These templates can include a range of questions, for example, short or long answers, date-based, multiple choice, etc. You can also use this feature to edit the information if it needs updating and to delete an entry that you no longer need.
Getting started
- Go to Settings menu > Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the arrow on the top right and choose the Screening Questions Templates tab.
- Click the Add a Template button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Template name.
- Question.
- Select question type:
- Short answer.
- Long answer.
- Date.
- Number.
- Yes/No.
- Drop-down.
- Multiple-choice.

Click the Save button.
Helpful Hint
Not sure what to write? If you are on our Platinum HR plan, you can type a few points in, then click to have our AI help you generate a draft message. You will be able to refine the draft as you need before submitting.
Daily activities
- Go to Settings menu > Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the arrow on the top right and choose the Screening Questions Templates tab.
- Click the Screening Questions Templates tab.

Click the screening question you want to preview.
Helpful Hint
You will now see your screening questions template on your screen.
Editing data
- Go to Settings menu > Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the arrow on the top right and choose the Screening Questions Templates tab.
- Click the button.
- Click the Edit button
- Make the required changes and click the Save button.
Deleting data
- Go to Settings menu > Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the arrow on the top right and choose the Screening Questions Templates tab.
- Click the button.
- Click the Delete button
