How do I unblock a user? | Learning FAQ

Available for the following Learning plans: Standard, Plus

You can use the Active User feature within the User Management module to unblock a user and let them log in to your organization's learning platform.

How to unblock a user
  1. Click the Your Profile button.
  2. Click the Administrator button.
  3. Click the User tab.
  4. Hover of the user that you wish to unblock.
  5. Click the   button.
  6. Select the Edit button.
  7. Click the Active button.
  8. Click the Save button.
