The Email Templates feature enables you to design custom recruitment email templates tailored to communicate effectively with your candidates. This feature not only allows you to craft initial outreach emails but also to update the content as recruitment strategies evolve or delete templates that are no longer relevant. Lastly, you can streamline your communication process by reusing these templates for various recruitment stages, ensuring consistency and efficiency in candidate engagement.
Getting started
- Go to Settings > Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the Email Templates tab.
- Click the Add a Template button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Template name.
- Email subject.
- Email body.
- Click the Save button.
Daily activities
- Go to Settings > Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the Email Templates tab.

Click the Preview button.
Helpful Hint
You will now see your recruitment template on your screen.
Editing data
- .Go to Settings > Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the Email Templates tab.
- Click the Edit button
- Make the required changes and click the Save button.
Deleting data
- Go to Settings > Recruitment Settings submenu.
- Click the Email Templates tab.
- Click the Delete button.
