How do I change to a different income type country?

Answer

Within the income type update page, you can use the Country drop-down to select which counties data you see on your screen. You will need to have your HR platform connected to a payroll platform in two or more countries before you can access the Country Selection drop-down, i.e. you would need New Zealand and the CRA Payroll connected to your one Australia HR platform for this feature to show.

Important

You can only choose from the original country you selected when creating your organization or a region that supports Employment Hero Payroll. So, for example, if your organization originated in Japan, then you could select Japan, NZ, the CRA, or Australia in the Country drop-down. However, if your original country does not currently have a supported Employment Hero Payroll platform, you will see a technical difficulties error page.

Changing my income type country
  1. Click the Payroll Settings menu.
  2. Click the income type submenu.
  3. Select the required country from the Country drop-down.
