How do I change to a different timesheet country?
Answer
Within the timesheet module, you can use the Country drop-down to select which country's data you see on your screen. You can only choose from the original country you selected when creating your organisation or a region that supports Employment Hero payroll. So, for example, if your organization originated in Japan, then you could select Japan, N.Z., the U.K., or Australia in the Country drop-down.
Important
You will need to have your HR platform connected to a payroll platform in two or more countries before you can access the Country Selection drop-down, i.e. you would need New Zealand and the U.K. Payroll connected to your one Australia HR platform for this feature to show.
- Click the Timesheet menu.
- Click the My Timesheet submenu.
- Select the required country from the Country drop-down.
