How to view, download, and print your paystubs

The Paystub feature allows you to access digital copies of your paystubs, which you can download to your device. You can also print your paystubs if you need hard copies. You can also view your paystubs on mobile using the Employment Hero Work app. Learn how to do that in this article.

Daily activities

View my paystubs via the Pay menu
  1. Click the Pay menu, on the left-hand side of your homepage.
  2. Click the Paystubs submenu.
  3. Click the paystub date range you want to view.
     
  4. You can now see the details of the paystub you clicked.
View my paystubs via the My Dashboard feature
  1. Click the Dashboard menu.
  2. Click the View Paystub button in the Paystubs section.
     
View my paystubs via My Profile
  1. Log into Employment Hero, select your name in the top-right corner, then select My Profile.
  2. Scroll down to the Paystubs tile, and select either the View icon next to your most recent paystub, or View All to view previous paystubs.
     
Download a paystub
  1. Click the Pay menu.
  2. Click the Paystubs submenu.
  3. Click the paystub you want to download.
     
  4. Click the Download button.
     
Print a paystub
  1. Click the Pay menu.
  2. Click the Paystubs submenu.
  3. Click the paystub you want to print.
  4. Click the Print Preview button.
     
Configure paystub notifications
  1. Log in to the Employment Hero platform.
  2. Click Settings menu.
  3. Click the Notifications Settings submenu.
  4. Search for the row that says Paystubs and click Yes or No, depending on your preferences.

Can admins and managers see employee paystubs in Employment Hero?

Yes admins and managers can see employee paystubs. Here's how:

  1. Log into Employment Hero.
  2. Click People, then Employee List.
  3. Click the name of the employee you want to check.
  4. Scroll down to the Paystubs tile, and select either the View icon next to the most recent paystub, or View All to view previous paystubs.
     
  5. You can also click Net pay and Gross pay to see these values.
How do I update the email address to which my paystub is sent?
To change the email address for your paystub, please contact your employer directly. They will help you in updating your details.
