How do I enable and set approvers for recognition?
Answer
You can use the Recognition Settings feature to turn on and off the employee recognition features.
This feature also allows you to assign who will approve recognition requests within your organization. Before being able to use this feature, you will first need to have created your company's values.
Configure employee recognition settings
- Click the Settings menu.
- Under Performance & Engagement tile, click the Recognition Settings submenu.
- Scroll down to the Recognition Configuration section and select the approver from the dropdown menu.
- Click the Save.
