The Company Value Settings feature enables you to create your company values from scratch or by using our provided templates as a foundation.
Additionally, this feature allows you to modify details, archive values you no longer use, or delete incorrectly added entries.
Getting started
- On the main menu, click Engagement.
- On the submenu, select Company Values.
- Click the Add New Value button to add your own custom value or choose one of the following values:
- We are one team.
- We are bold and ambitious.
- We invent.
- We serve.
Edit any of the following fields if required:
- Value name
- Value description
- Icon
Helpful Hint
Not sure what to write? You can type a few points in, then click to have our AI help you generate a draft message. You will be able to refine the draft as you need before submitting.
- Click the Save button.
Editing data
- On the main menu, click Engagement.
- On the submenu, select Company Values.
- Click the button.
- Click the Edit button.
Make the required changes and click the Save button.

Data management
Important
You can only un-archive a company value that has the status of archived.
- On the main menu, click Engagement.
- On the submenu, select Company Values.
- Click the button.
- Click the Unarchive button.
Deleting data
Important
The Archive a Company Value feature is only available when a recognition post on the company feed uses one of your company values.
- On the main menu, click Engagement.
- On the submenu, select Company Values.
- Click the button.
- Click the Archive button.
Important
The Delete a Company Value feature is only available when a recognition post on the company feed did not use one of your company values.
- On the main menu, click Engagement.
- On the submenu, select Company Values.
- Click the button.
Click the Delete button.
