Full access to Salary Benchmarking and SmartMatch is based on your role:

  • Admins, Owners, and Recruiters: Full access to all roles across the organization.

  • HR & Recruitment Staff: Access if your job title includes terms like Recruiter, Recruitment, HR, or People and Culture.

  • People Managers: Access only for roles below you in your team's reporting structure. You cannot see data for roles above or beside you.

  • Hiring Managers: Access only for the specific roles assigned to you in the Recruitment Module.
