By tracking these metrics, organizations can identify "bottlenecks" in their hiring stages, improve time-to-hire, and better manage recruitment costs.
Getting started
Follow these high-detail steps to generate a real-time view of your hiring pipeline.
- Navigate to Recruitment: On the left-hand primary sidebar, click the Recruitment menu icon.
- Access Reports: From the expanded menu, click the Reports tab.
- Initiate Report: Locate and click the Candidate Flow button.

Refine Your Data: Use the following filters to customize your report:
- Date Range: Select the specific period you wish to analyze.
- Roles: Focus on specific job openings (e.g., "Senior Accountant").
- Teams: Filter by specific departments (e.g., Sales, Operations).
- Country: Select Canada to view localized hiring data.
- View Results: The platform will display a chart showing the volume of candidates currently sitting in stages like Applied, Shortlisted, Interview, and Offered.
Daily activities
For external presentations or advanced analysis in tools like Microsoft Excel, you can export your Canadian candidate data.
Export to CSV (Spreadsheet)
- Follow the steps above to generate your filtered Candidate Flow view.
- Locate and click the Export to CSV button at the top right of the report.
- The file will download automatically to your device.
Export to PDF (Presentation)
- Navigate to Recruitment Reports Candidate Flow.
- Apply your required filters and click the Export to PDF button.
- This generates a formatted document suitable for sharing with external stakeholders or hiring managers.
