Investing in continuous skill development is a primary driver of employee engagement and productivity. Utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) allows your team to upskill and remain compliant with provincial regulations.
The Assigned Learning Report provides critical visibility into these efforts, allowing you to track progress across your workforce. You can monitor pass statuses, identify completion bottlenecks, and differentiate between various content types (e.g., mandatory compliance training vs. elective professional development).
Getting started
Whether your organization uses EH Learning or the Go1 integration, the reporting process is identical.
- Log in to the Employment Hero platform.
- On the left-hand primary sidebar, click the Reports menu icon.
- Click the Development tab located at the top of the reporting dashboard.
- Locate the Assigned Learning tile and click View full report.

Refine Your Data: Apply the following filters to customize the report for your Canadian hubs:
- Personnel: Search for a specific employee.
- Employment Status: Filter by active or terminated employees.
- Location: Narrow down by provincial offices (e.g., Alberta, Quebec).
- Group/Entity: Filter by internal teams or legal business entities.
- Course: Focus on a single training module.
- Enrollment Status: View Not Started, In Progress, or Completed statuses.
- Personnel Type: Differentiate between employees and contractors.
- Click Apply for every filter adjusted to refresh the data table.
Daily activities
For auditing or provincial compliance records, you can export your filtered results into a portable format.
- Navigate to Reports > Development > Assigned Learning > View full report.
- Apply your required filters and click Apply.
- Click the Download button (downward-facing arrow) at the top right of the report table.
- The platform will generate a CSV file containing the detailed learning progress for your records.
