How do I filter the employees shown in a finalized pay run?

Available for the following Payroll plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following Payroll plans: Standard, Premium

You can use the Filtering feature to customize what employees the Payroll platform displays within a finalized pay run.

Apply an employee filter
  1. In Employment Hero, click Pay > Run Payroll. 
  2. Click the Paid Payrolls tab.
  3. Click on a finalized pay run that needs employees filtered.
  4. Click on the Filter tab.
  5. Complete the following fields:
    • Filter by
    • With x name
  6. Click the   Apply Filter button.

AgeAllows you to filter the pay run for employees under, over or equal to a specified age.
DeductionAllows you to filter the pay run by deduction categories.
EarningsAllows you to filter the pay run for employees under, over or equal to a specified earnings line.
