Go1 Learn is designed to bring relevant training directly to you through several key features:
- Content That Finds You: You will see personalized recommendations based on your role, interests, and previous learning history directly on your homepage.
- AI Assistant: Use natural language to ask questions and receive immediate content suggestions through the integrated AI Chat.
- Simplified Discovery: Find specific topics quickly with improved search functionality and intuitive sidebar navigation.
- Learn Anywhere: Access your training on any device—including smartphones and tablets—with a fully responsive design.
Walkthrough: Navigating Go1 Learn

Accessing Your Dashboard
- Path: Log in > Learning (left-hand primary sidebar).
- Action: This takes you to your learning homepage, where personalized recommendations appear.

Tracking Your Progress
- Path: Learning > My Learning (main navigation tab).
- Action: Here you can view "In Progress" courses, see "Completed" content, and monitor your overall skill development.

Downloading Certificates
- Path: Learning > My Learning > Completed.
- Action: Locate your finished course and click the download icon to save your certificate of completion.
Daily activities
If your organization is transitioning to the new Go1 Learn experience, your data is handled automatically:
Moving from MyGo1 to Go1 Learn
- Automatic Access: Once the transition is complete, you will automatically enter the Go1 Learn interface when you log in.
- Seamless Continuation: All your learning history, saved content, and course progress transfer to Go1 Learn automatically.
- Familiar Content: You will still have access to the same learning library, now enhanced with better discovery tools.
- New Features: You gain immediate access to AI Chat and role-based recommendations.

- What happens to my completed courses and certificates? All history and certificates transfer automatically. Access them through the My Learning section.
- Will my saved content still be available? Yes. Find all your previously saved items under the Learning menu on your sidebar.
- Do I need to complete current courses before the transition? No. Courses currently in progress transfer automatically.
- How does AI Chat work? AI Chat understands natural language. Simply describe what you want to learn (e.g., "I need to learn about leadership skills"), and it will suggest relevant content.
