This reporting tool allows you to reconcile group insurance premiums, wellness stipends, and other perquisites (perks) against your HR budget.
Getting started
Follow these high-detail steps to generate a real-time view of benefit distribution in your Canadian hubs.
- Log in to the Employment Hero platform.
- On the left-hand primary sidebar, click the Reports menu icon.
- Click the Benefits tab located at the top of the reporting dashboard.
- Locate the Benefits Management report tile and click View full report.

Refine Your Data: Use the following filters to customize your view:
- Employee: Search for a specific individual.
- Date Range: Select the period for which you want to track costs.
- Location: Filter by provincial office (e.g., Ontario, British Columbia).
- Position/Employment Type: Narrow down results by job title or status.
- Primary Manager/Entity: Filter by reporting lines or legal business entities.
- Search by Benefit Name: Find specific items like "RRSP Matching" or "Gym Membership".
- Click Apply for each filter to refresh the data.
The report will now display a detailed table of employees, their assigned benefits, and the specific dollar amounts.
Daily activities
For advanced auditing or payroll reconciliation, you can export your report to a CSV file.
- Navigate to Reports > Benefits > Benefits Management > View full report.
- Apply the necessary filters (Employee, Date range, Entity, etc.) and click Apply.
- Once the data is displayed, click the downward-facing arrow icon (Export) located at the top right of the report table.
- The platform will generate a CSV file containing the filtered benefits data for your records.
