The Go1 account email is the email that is mapped to the Go1 account when created.
Updating the account email
Updating the account email will not update the Go1 email, but will create a new account. Updating the account email will not block the old account in Go1, so there will appear to be duplicate accounts.
Remapping to a new account
To remap a new account to an old account, this will require Employment Hero Support, and any learning items can be transferred only if they are complete (not in progress). See this article to get in touch with Employment Hero support.
After remapping is completed, you will need to block the old account as per these guides:
Remapping is completed on an ad hoc basis. Any bulk remaps can be completed, but extensive wait times will need to be expected.
