Managing playlists from Go1 Admin

Available for the following Learning plans: Standard, Plus

The Playlist Management feature allows you to create your own learning playlist and add in a list of learning content you with to study. You can also use this feature to share the playlist with others in your organization to view in platform or you can export it out of the platform to share externally. Lastly, you can edit and/or delete any playlist you have previously made on the learning platform.

Getting started

Create a playlist
  1. Click the My Learning menu.
  2. Click the Create button.
  3. Click the New Playlist button.
  4. Choose tierh the With AI or By Myself option.
  5. Complete the required fields and click the Save button
Assign learning material
  1. Click the My Learning menu.
  2. Click the playlist that needs learning assigned. 
  3. Click the Add Items button.
  4. Select the learning resources and click the Add button.

Daily activities

Share a playlist
  1. Click the My Learning menu.
  2. Click the playlist that needs sharing.
  3. Click the Three Dots button.
  4. Click the Share with Others button.

Export data

Export my playlist list
  1. Click the My Learning menu.
  2. Click the playlist that needs exporting.
  3. Click the Three Dots button.
  4. Click the Export List (CSV) button.

Edit data

Edit a playlist
  1. Click the My Learning menu.
  2. Click the playlist that needs editing.
  3. Make the required changes and click the Back button.
Duplicate a playlist
  1. Click the My Learning menu.
  2. Click the playlist that needs duplicating.
  3. Click the Three Dots button.
  4. Click the Duplicate button.

Remove data

Delete a playlist
  1. Click the My Learning menu.
  2. Click the playlist that needs deleting.
  3. Click the Three Dots button.
  4. Click the Delete Playlist button.
