Apply for time off as an employee
Note: The total hours taken for each day will depend on the employment settings that your company has set. Part-time employees will need to check the auto-populated value for each day to make sure their time off request displays their correct hours.
- Click the Time menu.
- Under Time off, click the Time off submenu.
- Click the Create Time off Request button.
-
Complete the following fields:
- Time off type

Tip: You can request future time off and view your accrued time off balance, even if you are yet to accumulate enough time off. This is as the platform will treat the request as projected time off. However, note that it does not include any pending time off requests in its calculation.
- Click the Submit button.
Note: Employees can submit half-day time off requests, in addition to full-day and multiple-day time off requests. The hours taken will be 50% of their standard work hours.
