View an employee's one-to-one (1:1) responses over time

In the workforce, regular check-ins are vital for maintaining alignment and supporting employee growth. The One-on-One (1:1) Reporting feature allows you to track how employees respond to specific questions within their 1:1 sessions over time.

By accessing the history of these meetings, you can identify trends in employee sentiment, track professional development, and monitor improvements in performance ratings. This high-detail visibility ensures that managers and admins can provide targeted support where it is needed most.

Getting started

Follow these steps to access and review the answers provided by an employee in previous 1:1 sessions.

Viewing Historic 1:1 Responses
  1. Log into your Employment Hero platform.
  2. On the left-hand primary sidebar, click the Reports menu icon.
  3. Click the Development tab located at the top of the reporting dashboard.
  4. Locate and click the 1:1 Reports tile.
  5. Filter Your Search: Use the following filters to find the specific meeting data:
    • Show terminated employees: Toggle to include data for former team members.
    • Guest: Search by the employee attending the meeting.
    • Organizer: Filter by the manager who hosted the session.
    • Date Range: Select the specific timeframe.
    • Status: Filter by Completed, Pending, or Overdue sessions.
  6. Scroll down to the list view of 1:1 meetings based on your filters.
  7. Click on the specific 1:1 meeting for the employee you wish to track.
  8. Scroll down to the History section of the meeting page.
  9. Click on the Date (or the arrow next to the date) of the historic session you want to review.
  10. Click on each Question to expand and view the specific response provided by the employee.
