Find and hire candidates with Find Talent
Find Talent is Employment Hero's AI-powered recruitment feature that helps you discover candidates from a pool of 2 million job seekers without the need to post a job ad. It uses candidate matching, powered by Hero AI, to surface relevant candidates based on your specific search criteria.
Use natural language to enter a job title, location, and keywords such as skills or experience level to identify the best fit for your organization.
Use Find Talent to perform the following tasks:
- Find candidates for a role you actively hire for.
- Build a talent pipeline for roles you recruit for regularly.
- Discover candidates for roles that do not have a formal job opening yet.
- Backfill a position when an employee leaves.
Identify matching talent
Hero AI analyses your search input against candidate profiles on Employment Hero Jobs to rank candidates by how closely they match your criteria. There are two primary ways to search:
- Natural language search: Enter a job title, location (or leave blank for a global search), and keywords for skills or experience. Find Talent returns the best-matched candidates from the global talent pool.
- Search by job: Use an existing job listing in the Recruitment module to find candidates matched against your full job description for more precise results.
Important
Your own employees are never recommended to other organizations. They only see your internal open roles through the Employment Hero Work app.
All candidates in the pool have created a profile on Employment Hero Jobs and consented to share their information. The talent pool includes over 2 million job seekers globally, with more than 10,000 new candidates added each week. From a candidate profile, you can:
- View their full profile, experience, and match score.
- Save them to your talent pool.
- Invite them to apply for an open role.
- Connect with them via email.
- Add them to an existing job listing.
- Mark them as not suitable.
Hire through the platform
Find Talent integrates with HeroForce, Employment Hero's employer of record service. This allows you to hire candidates anywhere in the world without administrative complexity. Additionally, the system surfaces candidates eligible through Hero Foundations, the philanthropic hiring initiative.
In Employment Hero, click the Find Talent button on the top header or click Recruitment > Find Talent.
