Mastering employee time tracking is essential for operational accuracy. Employment Hero allows you to restrict clock-in times and automate shift reminders, significantly boosting compliance and reducing manual errors.
Changing Clock in and out settings
Send clock-in/out notification reminders to employees or the manager
- Go to Time > Scheduling Management.
- Click on the Gear Icon (Settings) button.
- Click Employment Hero Work Clock In and Out.
- You can change the following settings, as per your requirements:
- Toggle on/off: Send employees reminder notifications or manager notifications
- Choose when to send the notification if they have not clocked in.
- Choose when to send the notification if they have not clocked out.
- When you have changed the settings, click Save.
