How do I delete my account and organization from Employment Hero?

Answer

You will need to request your organization and account to be deleted by getting in touch with our team. Either in Employment Hero or on our EH Help centre, open the contact support widget and copy the following message into an Request Details field.

I, {(First and last name), (account email)}  request and instruct Employment Hero to delete the account(s) I have listed below by name and organization ID.  I acknowledge and understand that once organization(s) are deleted, this is permanent and they are not recoverable.

• Company Name: {Company name}
  • Organization ID: {the string of numbers located in the URL of your EH platform} 
  • Owner: {email of the account owner}
