Candidate flow recruitment reporting

A recruitment module helps companies organize candidates for hiring and recruitment purposes. These systems allow businesses to collect information, organize prospects based on experience and skill set, and filter applicants. There are many perks of using such a module, and you can expect to see metrics like time, cost, and candidate quality improve.

In Recruitment, you can create and download three reports to understand and gain insights into your organization's recruitment process. These three are Candidate Flow, Time to Hire, and Candidate Source reports. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data. This lets you load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel, or as a PDF document you can share with an external user.

Create and download a Candidate Flow report

Create a candidate flow report
  1. Click the  Recruitment menu.
  2. Click the Reports tab.
  3. Click the Candidate Flow tab below.
  4. Choose from the following filters:
    • Jobs
    • Groups
    • Country.
Download your candidate flow report: CSV
  1. Click the  Recruitment menu.
  2. Click the Reports tab.
  3. Click the Candidate Flow tab below.
  4. Choose from the following filters:
    • Jobs
    • Groups
    • Country.
  5. Click the Export to CSV button.
Download your candidate report: PDF
  1. Click the  Recruitment menu.
  2. Click the Reports tab.
  3. Click the Candidate Flow tab below.
  4. Choose from the following filters:
    • Jobs
    • Groups
    • Country.
  5. Click the Export to PDF button.
