Time off allowance templates enable you to create a pre-defined set of time off types that have their own accrual rates. Which you can apply to new and existing employees, reducing the administrative time spent managing time off types and accrual rates per employee. When you change a template, all employees assigned to update in bulk as opposed to updating each employee record individually.
The Time Off Allowance feature allows you to create a new time off allowance template, specify what time off types to enable, and override the default time off accrual setup if it needs changing. You can also use this feature to edit any information if it changes, view the employees assigned to each template, and delete a record if it is no longer required.

FAQs
I do not require every time off type in the new Time Off Allowance Template (LAT) I am creating. How do I turn these off?
The platform includes all time off types in the new LAT with the default accrual rate as per the time off type settings. To remove these from the template, you can select the Override option and set the accrual rate to 0. You can also turn off the option for employees to be able to apply for selected time off types, if need be.
