The Enrolment Management module allows you to select a course and bulk import users to assign to said learning material. You can then send out either an in platform notification or an email letting them know of their new job. You can also use this feature to export all your organization's course records, edit a user's course enrolment details, and delete an entry that is no longer required.
Daily activities
Filter displayed enrolments
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Enrolment tab.
- Click the Filter button.
- Enter the desired filters and click the Filter button.
Re-enrol a learner
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Enrolment tab.
- Click the button.
- Click the Re-Enrol button.
Send a notification
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Enrolment tab.
- Select the users that need a notification sent.
- Click the button.
- Click the Send Notification button.
- Enter the required message and click the Send button.
View enrolment details
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Enrolment tab.
- Click the button.
- Click the View Details button.

You will now see the enrolment details on your screen.

Exporting data
Export all course records
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Enrolment tab.
- Click the Export all Course Records button.
- Complete the following fields:
- User:
- Individual user.
- All users.
- Course title:
- Individual course.
- All courses.
- Enrolment status:
- Completed.
- In progress.
- Date range:
- All time.
- Last 2 years.
- Last year.
- Last 6 months.
- User:
- Click the Export button.
Export enrolments as a CSV
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Enrolment tab.
- Select the users that need exporting.
- Click the Export as CSV button.
- Click the Export button.
- Click the Download button.
Import enrolments
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Enrolments tab.
- Click the Import button.
- Select the desired course to enrol them in.
- Click or drag a file onto the Upload tile.
- Click the Import button.
Editing data
Edit enrolment details
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Enrolment tab.
- Click the button.
- Click the Edit button.
- Make the required changes and click the Update button.
Deleting data
Delete an enrolment
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Enrolment tab.
- Select the users that need a notification sent.
- Click the button.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click the Delete Enrolments button.
