The Award Management feature allows you to create your organization's learning trophies that will trigger when a user has met certain requirements. For example, completing any course, or reaching a specific target. You can also use this feature to assign the award to an employee, edit the information, and filter the information displayed. Lastly, you also have a Settings feature that lets you add and/or remove an award tag, assessor, or expiration date.
Getting started
Create an award
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the Create button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Award title.
- About this award.
- Select goal for this award:
- Company any course.
- Reach the target.
- Track ongoing learning.
- Click the Add Image button and select the required image.
- Click the Add Content button and selected the required content.
- Click the Save and Exit button.
Assign an award
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the award that needs assigning
- Click the Assign button.
- Complete the following fields:
- Learners/groups.
- Due date.
- Click the Assign button.
Add a tag to an award
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the award that needs a tag added.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the General Settings button.
- Enter the required tags into the Tag field.
- Click the Save button.
Add an assessor to an award
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Award tab.
- Click the award that needs an assessor added.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the General Settings button.
- Enter the required assessor into the Award Assessors field.
- Click the Save button.
Add an award expiration to an award
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the award that needs an expiry date added.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the Expiration button.
- Set the Do Completions Have an Expiration Date toggle switch to the Yes position.
- Enter either a fixed date or individual completions expire after x date.
- Click the Save button.
Daily activities
Filter displayed awards
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the Filter button.
- Enter the desired filters and click the Filter button.
Export data
Export my award list
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Select the awards that need exporting.
- Click the Export as CSV button.
- Click the Export button.
- Click the Export button.
Edit data
Edit an award
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the award that needs editing.
- Click the Edit button.
- Make the required changes and click the Save and Exit button.
Remove data
Remove an award tag
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the award that needs a tag removed.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the General Settings button.
- Click the button.
- Click the Save button.
Remove an award assessor
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the award that needs an assessor removed.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the General Settings button.
- Click the button.
- Click the Save button.
Remove an award expiration date
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the award that needs an expiration date removed.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the Expiration button.
- Set the Do Completions have an Expiration Date toggle switch to the No position.
- Click the Save button.
Delete an award
- Click the Your Profile button.
- Click the Administrator button.
- Click the Awards tab.
- Click the award that needs deleting.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Click the Publish/Sharing button.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click the Yes button.
