1:1 meetings are a key component of a successful ongoing feedback model. The one-on-one (1:1) Reporting feature allows you to create a report on how your employees and their managers are doing with their one-on-one (1:1) sessions. You can drill this information down by the guests that attended, the organiser of the event, the date it occurred, and the meeting status.

Helpful Hint
The following outlines the logic behind each status:
- Scheduled - When a 1:1 has a date set to be held in the future.
- Cancelled - The organizer has cancelled the 1:1. The organizer can enter a reason for the cancellation, which can be viewed in the 1:1 report.
- Not Held - A scheduled 1:1 has not been held, and the End Session button for the 1:1 has not been selected.
- Held - The 1:1 has been marked as Held if the End Session button has been selected for that 1:1 session. Held 1:1 sessions cannot be edited. The report will outline the status of the 1:1s held within the selected date range.
