Run an exit survey

Available for the following plan: Employment Unlimited
Available for the following HR plan: Platinum
Available for the following User Access levels: Admin

The Exit Interview feature allows your organization to create and distribute one-time surveys to departing employees. These surveys provide critical insights into employee retention and workplace culture across your different provincial hubs. Once published, an exit interview appears on the employee's dashboard before any other surveys (such as custom or happiness surveys), ensuring it remains a priority during their offboarding process.
