How do I report on HR documents?

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited
Available for the following HR plans: Standard, Premium, Platinum
Available for the following User Access level: Admin    

The HR Documents Reporting feature allows you to create a report on the stage the HR documents are at within your organization. You can also see who needs reminding to sign a document. Lastly, you can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data. Enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.

Helpful Hint

Contractors are included in this report, and you can sort them via the Personnel Type filter.

Getting started

Create an HR documents report
  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Compliance tab.
  3. Click the View full report button for HR Documents Report.
  4. Choose from the following filters:

    Personnel.

    Document.

    Status.

    Recipient Signed At.

    More: Employment Status, Personnel Type, Location, Group, Entity.

Daily activities

Remind an employee to sign a document
  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Compliance tab.
  3. Click the View full report button.
  4. Choose from the following filters:
    • Personnel
    • Document name
    • Document status
    • The recipient signed at
    • More
  5. Click the Remind button.

    You can either:

  6. Remind multiple employees: Tick the checkbox beside the name of the employees you need, then click the Remind selected personnel button. Or;
  7. Remind all employees: Click the Remind all personnel button. 
     
View an HR document
  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Compliance tab.
  3. Click the View full report button.
  4. Choose from the following filters:
    • Personnel
    • Document name
    • Document status
    • The recipient signed at
    • More
  5. Click the View button.
     

Data management

Download your HR documents report
  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. Click the Compliance tab.
  3. Click the View full report button.
  4. Choose from the following filters:
    • Personnel
    • Document name
    • Document status
    • The recipient signed at
    • More
  5. Click the Download CSV button.
