The Certifications Reporting feature allows you to see how your team is progressing with their assigned certifications, understand what is overdue, and when their manager approved their submission. You can also use this feature to download a CSV file of the data, enabling you to load the report into a CSV-supported program like Microsoft Excel.
Helpful Hint
Contractors are included in Certification Reports, and can be sorted via the Personnel filter.
Getting started
- In Employment Hero, click on Reports from the menu.
- Click the Compliance tab.
- Then click the View Full Report link in the Certifications Reports box.
- Use the filters as needed; you can also click on More to view additional filters.
- Click on Apply.
- Your report results will now display in the table at the bottom of the screen.
Daily activities
- First, click on Reports from the menu.
- Click on the Compliance tab.
- In the Certifications Reports box, click the View Full Report link.
- To see who needs a reminder, click the Status filter and select Outstanding.

Once the list appears, you have two easy options:
- To remind specific people: Check the box next to their names, then click Remind selected personnel.
- To remind everyone on the list: Click the Remind all personnel button.
- A "Success: reminder email sent" message will pop up to let you know the reminders have been sent.
Data management
- Start by clicking on Reports from the main menu.
- Click on the Compliance tab.
- In the Certifications Reports box, click the View Full Report link.
- You can now use the filters to narrow down your report (click More if you need extra filter options).
- Once your filters are set, click Apply.
- Your report results will appear in the table at the bottom of the screen.
- To download it, just click the downward-facing arrow icon ( $\downarrow$ ) in the upper right corner. This will export the information as a CSV file.
