Admins can create templates for one-on-one meetings that managers within their organization can use for sessions with their personnel. Employment Hero offers pre-designed templates, or you can craft your own from scratch, both options allowing customisation to meet your organizational needs. Additionally, this feature lets you update or delete templates as necessary if your requirements change or the template becomes irrelevant.

    Important

If the date and/or time and the talking points are changed, this will save the new date and/or time for the current session. But the change made to the talking point will take effect for future sessions.
