How do I integrate my platform with Go1?

Available for the following plans: Employment Lite, Employment Plus, Employment Unlimited

Please note: this article applies only to organizations that already have a Go1 portal.

Go1 is a Learning Management System (LMS) designed to help your organization onboard, train, and upskill employees. To integrate Employment Hero with an existing Go1 portal, you must have administrator access on both platforms. If you don't have an existing Go1 portal, click Cancel and enable the EH Learning add-on instead. Both options ultimately connect back to Go1, but the initial choice depends on whether you're starting from an existing Go1 portal.

Prerequisite

Prior to connecting the Go1 integration with an existing Go1 portal, ensure that each user's email address is identical in both Go1 and Employment Hero. Review and, if necessary, update email addresses on user accounts in either platform so they match exactly before establishing the integration. This step is critical to prevent the accidental creation of duplicate Go1 profiles once the integration is active.

Note: When an employee's email address matches in both systems, their Employment Hero profile will link to their existing Go1 account. Any mismatch in email will trigger the creation of a brand-new Go1 profile for that user.

Getting started

Connect to Go1
  1. Click the  Settings menu.
  2. Under General Settings, click the Add-Ons submenu.
  3. Now you are on the ADD-ONS page, find the row with Go1 and click the Connect button.
  4. Click the Continue button.
  5. Enter your username and password.
  6. Click the Log in and connect button.
  7. Choose the organization you want to connect with Go1.
  8. Click the Authorize Employment Hero button.

    Helpful Hint

    Once the authorisation is successful, you will see a status screen. You can click the Go to My Learning button to view your learning content.

Configure learning settings
  1. Click the  Settings menu.
  2. Under General Settings, click the Add-Ons submenu.
  3. Click the Actions button.
  4. Click the I Accept button.
  5. Click the I Accept button.

    Helpful Hint

    On the 'Learning settings' page, you will now see the links to access Go1 platform settings. Click the link matching the action you want to take.
