Troubleshooting why assigned learning material is not loading

This article will help admins looking to answer the following question from employees and managers, Why can't I see my assigned learning material? We have listed the troubleshooting steps below for learning content not loading, broken down by learning integration.

Common Issues for Content not Loading

Is the DevOps email enabled?

We use the DevOps emails to connect your HR and Learning platforms, and there are a couple of different setups associated with the Integration. The different types depend upon when your integration was first created and the subscription plan associated. If this user is disabled, you may lose access to view learning content.

Important

The DevOps user emails do not count towards your organization's chargeable users.

Select which Learning platform you integrated with for the relevant instructions.

Checking the DevOps email status

You can check that your organization has set the DevOps email as enabled via the User Management feature within your learning platform. The steps on how to undertake this task are:

  1. Log into your EH Learning platform.
  2. Click the User drop-down.
  3. Click the Administrator button.
  4. Click the Users tab.
  5. Click the Arrow button.
  6. Click the Edit button.
  7. Select the Active tick box.
  8. Click the Save button.
     

Is the support email enabled?

The support@ email allows the Employment Hero support team to assist you, if required. We will add this email address the first time the Employment Hero support team accesses your learning portal. If this user in disabled, you may lose access to view learning content.

Important

The support user emails do not count towards your organization's chargeable users.

The main admin email is the first user to create the integration between the HR and Learning platforms, and becomes the first administrator for the organization, but you can add others down the track. If this user is disabled, you may lose access to view learning content.
