How do I view an employee's time off balance?

Answer

You can use the Time Off Balance feature in an employee's file to view their time off balance and the applicable pay run where they earned the accrued time off.

Viewing an employee's time off balance
  1. In Employment Hero, click on People > Employee List.
  2. Click on the employee whose time off balances you want to view.
  3. In the Employment Record section, click the View More dropdown and select Time Off Details. 
  4. Select the Time Off Type from the dropdown menu, and you'll be able to view the details.  
  5. You will now see on your screen the employee's opening time off balance and the pay runs where the employee accrued this time off type.
